June 29th 2011. I went to a heritage site in Toronto named Fort York. Maybe I should start by the reason I was there, the history of Fort York and finally the whole experience of this exciting trip.
The trip is regarded as a “field trip” for Summer 2011 ANT200- Intro to Archaeology course, proposed by Dr. Chris Watts, the prof/lecturer and also an archaeologist from the ROM. This was a special trip for our class; my classmates and I did not pay to get in and we were the only visitors who got to take a closer look to the trenches and methods of data recovery.
